Woodleighton Cottages - The Hayloft

This beautiful period cottage is sympathetically styled and sits alongside a former coach house and Georgian Manor House. It has many replica period features such as exposed wooden beams, stone flagstone flooring and quality fixtures and fittings. It is a first floor cottage with an Open Plan space for guests to enjoy. With a luxury king size French sleigh bed the cottage is perfect for 2 adults. The Chesterfield sofa in the living area also converts to an occasional bed suitable for 1 child.

The Retreat Newly refurbished

Recently refurbished & hidden away privately behind electric gates, a truly delightful private parkland style setting of landscape mature gardens with views over open countryside. The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. Stable Lodge, a self contained country retreat.

Located in the Leicestershire countryside, this peaceful location is the perfect spot for walkers (located on the Leicestershire Round), cyclists and those simply wanting to get away. The annex is separated from the main house by the utility area/entrance, handy for storing muddy boots and coats. There are basic cooking facilities (microwave but no cooker), however a light breakfast is included. The nearest pub serving food is only a mile away and there are many more to choose from!

Cobbler's Cottage - peace and seclusion

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Entire private flat within charming cottage situated in picturesque country village. 10 mins from Market Harborough train station. (Only 1 hr from St Pancras Station.) Half an hr from Stamford & Rutland Water and only 10 mins from small market town of Uppingham. We offer two interconnecting double bedrooms with shower room and kitchenette with dining table in family home. First Bedroom on 1st floor and 2nd bedroom on second floor, within apartment. Tea, coffee and milk provided.

The Granary

The Granary is a self contained studio room within the grounds of our house. It's completely self contained, with a private entrance, en suite shower room, and off road parking. There is also a fridge and a microwave, a two burner electric hob, (but please note no oven or washing machine), dining table and chairs, crockery, glasses etc, TV and DVD player. We leave a selection of cereals, bread, milk, juice in the fridge for guests to help themselves to continental breakfast.

Dodds Manor Hut, Dodds Manor Farm, Eydon

Looking for that perfect, relaxing and peaceful break? Look no further… Our luxurious self-catering shepherds hut is beautifully finished for two adults and located on our family farm and event yard where a warm welcome awaits you. You can expect a private getaway location with en-suite facilities and a full-sized double bed, an open plan seating, kitchen area with under floor heating and a wood burning stove. We have tried to make every element exceptional.

Home in Warwick

You’re in a great location here – less than a 10-minute walk to Warwick railway station from where you can be in London in 96-minutes and central Birmingham in 30-minutes. It’s only a 20-minute walk from here into the historic heart of Warwick with its world-famous Castle, and a 40-minute walk into Royal Leamington Spa with its Regency architecture, shops, bars and restaurants. Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon is just a 25-minute drive away.

Home from home cottage

Our cosy home from home cottage is based in Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove. We are located on a main road with adjacent off road parking (if available). Nearby we have 2 supermarkets, 2 pubs and the Bromsgrove train station. There is also a lovely children's park, outdoor gym and cricket pitch opposite. We have both the M5 and M42 with easy access to the NEC, airport, Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Malverns to name a few.
