"Holmen" is a historical naval area. Here you are surrounded by water and beautiful old bulidings. You have space and privacy but bridges connect you to bustling Nyhavn and the very center of the city in a few minutes. The apartment has a large sunny terrace where you can relax and have barbecue. From the livingroom and terrace you have view and direct access to one of Copenhagens canals, where you can go for a swim. There is free parking in the street. Its my home, when I dont have guests.

Du kan let leje en Donkey cykel rundt om hjørnet, så du kan cykle rundt i København, til Reffen Street Food, opleve Christiania og Den lille Havfrue. Aftenen på terrassen byder både på lyden af Rådhusklokkerne, fyrværkeriet i Tivoli og lyden fra bådene i vandet, der sejler tæt forbi terressen.

We rent out our lovely apartment in Nordhavn - right by the water on a secluded, car-free island, just 4 minutes from the metro. Our apartment is 160 m2 and comprises 4 bedrooms, three with double beds and one with a kids bed (Extra mattresses available), one large living and dining room on two levels, two bathrooms and then a terrace right at the end of our island with steps down to the water and a balcony overhanging the water-canal. Beachhouse close to metro

Morning run or swim at the beach and 2 min. walk to the metro! Modern house by Amager Strand aka Amager Beach with private rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. The Metro has 3 stops to the airport or 5 stops to the city center with Kongens Nytorv and Nyhavn etc. Ideal for one or two families with children. Groceries, bakery, ice cream and several nice restaurants all with in walkning distance.
