This jewel is just steps from the Ocean, in the heart of Buxton. A Private one Bedroom suite, attached to our family home. A private entry and porch, overlooks visiting deer & wildlife. Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. Apr 15-Oct 15) & hot tub. If a 1 or 2 night opening is left between bookings, send an "inquiry" & I will open those days for a booking!

Relax and enjoy the sunshine and sounds of the Atlantic at the Crossroads Apartment, as you explore all that this stunning island has to offer! Located conveniently across from the Crossroads on the Buxton Back Rd., everything in the village is close. The lifeguard beach is about 1mile away. Make sure to visit the Lighthouse, a short bike or drive away. This newly remodeled room is located in the Historic Salvo Motel. During your stay you will have access to your own private room located a quarter mile walk from the beach. You are also a short walk from the Blue Whale Grocery , Fishing Hole Tackle Shop and Alex's Shrimp Shack (great steamed shrimp!). Additionally you are only a 1.5 mile drive/bike ride from the Salvo Day Use Area which is an ideal spot for kayakers, kiteboarders, windsurfers, and stand-up paddle boarders to launch from.

Cozy two bedroom upstairs apartment located in the heart of the village. This apartment is located above Ride The Wind Surf Shop and overlooks the harbor. Close to everything, yet private. There's a full kitchen with all the amenities. Separate dining and living spaces. Two bedrooms with King Beds. Only one bathroom, but split with a sink/toilet in one part and shower/tub/sink in another. Wifi and Smart TV. There's a cupola upstairs with wet bar to enjoy your evening sunsets.

Pamlico sound-front custom home.   Located in the village of Salvo at the end of the road and is surrounded by large Live Oaks and natural fauna.   Your private front entrance into unit #1 is the brown/glass door on the left side of the home. The 10' ceilings make the retreat feel incredibly spacious. It includes a king bed, a coffee maker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a ceiling fan, and linens. The custom-tiled bathroom has a solid-surface double vanity and a large shower.

There is a beautiful path to the sound to watch the sunset or put your kayak or windsurfer in. One of the most beautiful places on earth! It is also a very short drive to the beach. It is so dark at night that you can see the Milky Way. Wake up with some of Wes's fresh roasted coffee.

This is a triplex with a newly renovated private two bedroom, one bath apartment tucked alongside a canal that connects to the Pamlico Sound. Rocking Hat Retreat WEST is secluded with so much outdoor space to utilize. We are less than 1,000ft away from the public beach access with a CROSSWALK at Hwy 12, and the Avon Fishing Pier is only a five-minute walk away.
