Renovated farmhouse on 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, kitchen-living room with fireplace / tiled stove, livingsroom, 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower. The house is located between two seas: 400 meters from Kattegat, 800 meters from Sejrø Bay. Garden og 5000 square meters with trees, barbecue and bonfire place, 7 km from the sea port with smokehouse, ice cream kiosks, restaurants and fish shop. 7 sleeping places & two extra cots (up to 5 years) if needed. Electricity consumption settled after stay

Surrounded by berry bushes and fruit trees, the garden is a wonderful place to share warm summers or cosy winters exporing in. Easy walks to forests and one of Sjælland's most unspoilt beaches.

Gåafstand til spisested (Olgas), der laver lækre burgers, pølser samt dejlige is. Ægte sommerhusstemning. NYERE badeværelse, køkken, træterrasse, havemøbler og varmepumpe (alt købt i 2016-2022). Dejligt område med fred og ro. Elsker selv at gå en tur langs stranden og nyde havets lyd.....super lystfiskersted, hvor du kan gå ned og fiske.

This lovely old renovated house from 1777 of 240 m² oozes charm and fine facilities for one or more families. South facing large landscaped garden with views of woods and stream from the terrace. Beach (900 m), 2 km from Nykøbing's supermarkets, restaurants , swimming pool, golf courses (4500 m), Sommerland Sj. (4km ) etc. Table tennis and table football . TV with 3 Danish and many German channels. Fibernet, WIFI. Bed linen etc can be supplied upon agreement.

10 person holiday home -100 meter from the sea

Summerhouse from 2016 with scenic view. The house are situated in the first row, 100 meters from the sea. The main building has three bedrooms and an accosiated guest house with its own bathroom and two bedrooms makes the place suitable for two or three families. There is large sunny terrace between the main house and the guest house. The house is placed on a large nature plot with lots of room for kids play and hunting insects.

Charming timber beachhouse in the front row with a view over Sejrø Bay. 5 lovely bedrooms with views of nature and water, and a terrace with a view over the water/Sejrø Bay. Private child-friendly sandy beach, and spa/wilderness bath on the terrace. (Note that you can rent our additional house with 6 additional sleeping places, which is located right next door.)

Log Cabin with turf roof and with a beautiful view over the Sejrø Bay. The property is in the first row to the water with a little private beach. Not many summer houses (cottages) in the area. Farms with animals near by where you can buy food. The house has all modern equipment including dishwasher and Wi-Fi.
