NO FEES! Super clean & comfortable. Dog Friendly. CENTRALLY LOCATED in CB's Business District. 1/2 block to Lake Park. 2 short blocks to boardwalk and beach. Walk to everywhere. Plenty of convenient parking. *Back of house has 2 Suites that are occupied by the owner and/or other guests. NO SPACES ARE SHARED NO PARTYING, heavy drinking, rough-housing etc. Low-key guests only (includes little children & pets). READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL THE HOUSE RULES! 6 human, 2 dog MAX in house at any time.

Charming Cottage, Large yard, quiet get away

Sip your favorite cocktail under the shade of live oaks with the sound of boats passing by. For the active type, rent a 19' center console or launch your paddle board into Page's creek and explore the endless marshes and the Intracoastal Waterway, all less than a mile away. This charming home is newly renovated with a focus on maximum comfort and modern amenities for our guests to enjoy. We are kid friendly. The third bedroom includes a tv and couch for the kids to have their own space.

Home Away From Home

Our home is a block away from all the action in town however we're secluded, private and right across from the lake. We're within walking distance of anything you need. It’s a 5-8 minute walk to the beach depending on what your carrying ie. kids, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc. and we do offer a beach cart to help with this process. Walking or jogging around the lake is great exercise. One lap around is 2/3 mile. Kayaks and paddle boats are available to rent at the lake.
