Family Dream Home 10 min. from Salt Lake City

Come stay in our family friendly, roomy, extremely entertaining 2 bedroom, 2 level basement apartment! Our play room, slide, swings, and back yard are exactly what your family needs. We have 2 parks and a bike trail right out the door to your space. It is the perfect place for rest or play. Whichever your vacation calls for (probably both at times)! We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

Downstairs apartment. 4 Bedroom 2 bath with private entrance and kitchen. Great room for relaxing with gas fireplace and 72"TV. Hot tub hammock and fire pit overlooking Antelope Island and the Salt Lake Valley. Great sunsets. Fenced yard. Dogs live upstairs. No pets without prior approval. Extra fee of $10 for guests 5-8. Quiet hours 11PM-7 AM. Hot tub is closed during quiet hours. If you are locals and looking to be loud and party please do not book at this location. EV charger.

Easy access to I- 15 Freeway and Highway 89. 1/4 mile from bus route, just straight east of us. 20 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport. No Animals/Pets accepted due to allergies.

We have a private space for our guests with up to 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, full bath, work/desk area, laundry, kitchenette, dining area, family room with tv area and fireplace, foosball, Infinity game table, and lots of board games. Additional charge of $10 per adult and/or child after the first guest to cover the other beds/bedrooms. Fully licensed and all safety inspections. Book our place only if it meets all your needs. Enjoy a stylish & cozy stay at this centrally located rental. A great midpoint between SLC and Ogden ski & hiking areas. Safe neighborhood with a private entrance. 15 min from the airport & downtown SLC. We have young kids, so expect some daytime noise, stomps & play. They settle by 9 PM.
