Our cabin is nestled in the trees with a short walk to Lake St. Helen. Relax after a day of fun in the sun or trails! 3 bedrooms, 1 bath plus an outdoor shower. We have 1 queen bed, 2 full beds and a couch. Many state ORV trails nearby. Ride from the cabin to the trails. Fishing at the floating pier or boat rentals available at the marina. Cookout, have a campfire, or head into town to eat. We have a jet pack by Verizon for limited wifi service or bring your own wifi. Smart TV w/out Cable.

Or just sit and relax around a campfire! The cabin is fully furnished with all bedding, towels, dish cloths etc. and a fully equipped kitchen and gas grill. There are outdoor and indoor games. Nestled on a slow road with very minimal traffic so it's great for kids! 1 mile from Higgins Lake Boat launch and just a few miles from Houghton Lake. Walking distance to state property trails for quads, SxS, and snowmobiles. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Great restaurants or ice cream are just a few minutes away! Enjoy up north without being too close to neighbors!

Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

LIFE JACKETS are provided in a variety of sizes that will accommodate adults and children of all ages. Great for fishing & all water sport activities. ATTENTION GOLFERS, there are several championship golf courses in the area including The Dream and The Nightmare, which is located just minutes away from our cottage.

Most walls are pine except first floor master bedroom/bath. There is a theater in the lower level with more than 50 family videos and a 110” screen for viewing videos and TV. Internet is HughesNet satellite which is very slow. Verizon phone and texting service is the only phone service available. Some sleeping areas are in adjacent bldgs. Indoor weddings also available. If you are planning a wedding at this beautiful location there is a wedding fee & lots of guest parking.

Our rental cottages are a unique set up. We offer a side by side duplex, both of which are directly on the water. This is a GREAT set up to bring the in laws or family friends. Open your front door and look out the large living room windows to the beautiful waterfront. The private lakefront consists of 75' on the water, 100' of dock, very sandy bottom great for swimming, bon fire pit and much, much more. This listing is for 1/2 the duplex, ( 1 cottage ).
