Disconnect or work while here we have fast WiFi for you. Enjoy this gem of a place on the coast of Maine as a year round escape. Come make some memories to cherish for a lifetime. All 4 seasons are beautiful here. Pro tip: Wake up early and observe the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. It is totally worth getting up early and will not disappoint.

Hardwood floors, barn beams, butcher block counter, full galley kitchen, private bath, vaulted ceilings - as part of the renovated original Raynes Farm Barn. This apartment is clean, private and isolated, with self check-in and plenty of outside space to enjoy. Located five minutes from downtown Exeter (w/plenty of take-out/delivery options) in an idyllic country setting, neighboring 100+ acre conservation land and a large network of wooded trails.

Our location is fantastic! From here, walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, everything! We have ample parking, too. We ask guests to keep in mind that this is an older home, last remodeled in 1969! Please consider this when booking, while staying, & when reviewing. While the location can't be beat, expect to be staying in an older home if you choose our place. Due to COVID-19, please bring your own towels, sheets & pillows. We provide bedspreads. ALLERGIES: A dog & cat lived here recently.

Better yet, walk to Kittery's own quiet Seapoint Beach, paddle at the bottom of the hill in the two kayaks provided or just relax on the peaceful deck with a book, a beverage and the gas fire pit for ambience...
