It is situated on a 20-acre rural property with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga, and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing dining and shopping centers. Uber Eats also delivers to the area. Continental breakfast is included. What else could you ask for? A Perfect Retreat!

Tahi Totara

Our studio conversion offers contemporary open plan lodgings. An equipped kitchen unit, dining setting, lounge area including bedroom with king size bed that also splits into two singles if required. The bathroom offers double shower. A second separate bedroom offers two single beds or double bed/second bathroom plus laundry. A continental breakfast is provided. The accommodation is a 5 minute walk from CBD and a short car drive to scenic points of interest in the district .

Welcome to our home, located on the lakefront of Lake Rotorua! You will be living in your own private quarters, with amazing views directly onto the lake, with no obstruction. The place is 5 min to the Ngongotaha village, and 10min drive to Rotorua centre.
