Rate includes both suites w/Private separate entrance to suites (see description), 2 full baths, 2 kitchenettes (no full-sized stove/oven), fireplace, Sunroom, Laundry Rm, 2 flat screen Roku smart TVs. The patio, yard, park entry are exclusively for the ABB guest. On famous Buccleuch Park- 80 acres of fields, tennis, baseball. soccer, par course, picnic and other amenities. Next to Del. Rar. Canal state park-kayaks on site.

Private Waterfront near Ocean Beaches

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
