The Beach House

Our Beach House is close to the mouth of the Connecticut River surrounded by the salt marsh and at the end of our street you can see Old Saybrook lighthouses. Quaint local towns, two major shopping outlets and award winning casinos. Close to Gillette Castle, Mystic Seaport and the Coast Guard Academy. Lots of restaurants serving up local fare. Beautiful beaches, theater, music, and a variety of activities (kayaking, hiking, bird watching). Many museums in both directions on I-95 and I-91.

Beautiful beachfront home available weekly in season (6/21/25-9/6/25) and nightly (2 night min.) off season. Step out the door and into the sand. Sit on the porch and watch sailboat races from Niantic Bay Yacht Club just steps away. Close to downtown Niantic with restaurants, shops, movie theatre, etc. 18 miles from Mohegan Sun Casino. Attractions within 1/2 hour: Beautiful Mystic, CT, several vineyards, Harkness State Park, Eugene O'Neill Theatre, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, golf courses.

Close to restaurants, beaches, art galleries and museum. Please do not book for a group that does not include yourself. Person booking the apartment must be one of the guests staying. We do not allow guests that are not part of the reservation to visit the property during your stay.
