This quiet 2 bedroom place with a modern, open concept will be your home away from home while you're in Omaha. Locate next door to the YMCA you can hit the gym with a short walk, or head over to one of the nearby shopping centers to find retail stores, grocery stores, restaurants and gyms. If you like golf there is a 9-hole par 3 course less than 1 minute from the house. Need to get downtown or to west Omaha? No problem! You'll have a quick 15 to 20 minute drive to either far end of town.

Only two blocks to Downtown Council Bluffs where you can grab a meal, drinks, or shop. Downtown Omaha, airport, Iowa Western Community College, Stir Cove, the Omaha zoo are all within 15 minutes. It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

If you want to appreciate the local natural landscape, you can go to the memorial park, which has a very beautiful rose garden, Elmwood Park, golf, and take a trip with your children to visit Henry Dolly Zoo. You will have your own bedroom (queen bed), bath, laundry room, media room, workout room (treadmill & free weights), & walkout patio with calming water feature. A shared, fully equipped kitchen is yours to enjoy! Wireless Internet. Your pet is welcomed to stay but I do not have a fenced yard.
