Unser Haus verfügt über 3 im Jahr 2017 sanierte vollklimatisierte 4* Apartments, Pool und einen großen Gartenbereich den jeder nutzen kann. Bis zum Meer sind es 7 Gehminuten, in das Örtchen Ika 10 Gehminuten und in den Stadtkern von Lovran 15 Gehminuten. Fußläufig sind zwei Supermärkte zu erreichen. Die nächst größere Stadt, Opatija, erreicht man über Franz-Josef-Weg am Meer entlang in 6 km oder in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto/Bus. Jedes Apartment verfügt über einen sicheren Parkplatz im Hof.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a privat terrace, air conditioned, with free parking, two bedrooms with double beds, living room, dining area, kitchen, BBQ, and shower bathroom. Free WiFi. New swimming pool, sun deck, sun beds for each guest and a lounge set at the pool for both apartments. We are located one kilometer from the beaches and few kilometers from Učka Nature Park which is great for your hiking, cycling, walking or swimming activities. Ideal for families or couples.

Apartment is located in family house, on first floor. It has 50 m2. It is situated in a peaceful area in Lovran. It has 2 bedrooms, one with marital bed, other with two single beds and a crib if needed, kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with washing machine), hallway with wardrobe and a balcony with beautiful view of Kvarner bay. There is private parking, barbecue and sitting area in the garden, as well as good wi fi. 5-10 minutes by foot to the sea, 500 m away is supermarket.

Villa ima veliku terasu sa koje se pruža predivan pogled na more i na cijeli Kvarnerski zaljev. Uživat ćete u svakom zalasku sunca! :) Parking je uključen.
