We welcome you to our spacious and modern 3 bed, 2 bath home, nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills. This home features an expansive redwood deck and gazebo, EV charger, multiple fire pits and a large tiled patio, a fully equipped CrossFit-style gym, a large barbecue island, a work from home setup, a large kitchen, an organic vegetable garden and orchard, and all the amenities you need.

Beautiful hand crafted log house on six acres with a year-round creek. The home is 4175 square feet with 30 foot ceilings and a wrap-around deck with sitting areas. Near to Grass Valley, Nevada City, Yuba River one mile away. 3 lakes are within 20 minutes for fishing and swimming as well as hiking trails and beaches on the South Yuba River. The home has comfortable furniture, super soft beds in 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. The 4th bedroom suite extra fee or added with 9, 10 guest.

Mountain getaway just minutes away from town!

Relax and enjoy 5 acres of expansive views of the mountains and treetops! The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees with lots of privacy. Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the ground level. The Madrone Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.
