The Space
Private and very spacious home located on Royal Street in the Marigny area. Two separate king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room, great kitchen with all new appliances, separate dining room, workspace, washer and dryer in unit and much more.
King Bedrooms
Two separate King bedded bedrooms are spacious for guests to enjoy a great night’s rest. Brand new high-end mattresses, bedding and linens, equipped with hypoallergenic pillows. Lots of storage in bedrooms dressers and large walk-in closet. Both King bedrooms are located upstairs with separate, private entrances.
Living Room
Living room is luxe and comfortably furnished with lounge sofa seating, flat screen tv with cable television.
Kitchen
Newly renovated huge eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, energy smart appliances, fully stocked with coffee pot, cookware, dishware, utensils. Appliances include full size refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Complimentary coffee, tea, creamer and local snacks provided.
Downstairs Full Bathroom
This home has 2 full bathrooms. First bathroom is located downstairs. Full bathroom is near the stairs. Bathroom includes full size shower, toilet and sink. We provide full size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), full set of bath linens (bath towels, wash cloths, hand towel) and hair dryer.
Upstairs Full Bathroom
Second full bathroom is located upstairs, private entrance separate from bedrooms. This bathroom includes a full size tub with shower head, toilet, sink and the washer and dryer are located in this bathroom. Toiletries and bath linens provided.

Access to home is via front door on Royal Street. Guests have full access to home.
Depending on guests’ arrival arrangements, the property manager may meet guests upon arrival or arrange and provide access information.
The property manager will be guests' main point of contact throughout their stay, always accessible and living just a few blocks away. If there's anything additional to arrange, guests may request in advance of their stay. The property manager will be happy to take care of when possible e.g., flowers, groceries and other special requests with advance notification for a fee.
Marigny is a beautiful, historical neighborhood, and the property is located in the heart of this lush and lively residential area. It is in a great spot that's easily walkable to all downtown sights, entertainment, dining, and nightlife.
For locations outside of walking distance, taxis are the preferred mode of transportation for guests. Taxis are an inexpensive and easily obtained within the French Quarter. Uber and Lyft are also available in New Orleans. If you’re new to either Uber or Lyft, use the referral code provided by the property manager in the arrival instructions for a discounted offer.
When venturing to other neighborhoods in New Orleans, the Streetcar is a great, leisurely transportation option. The location is a few blocks from the N. Rampart Street public streetcar line, and just across the French Quarter from Canal Street where guests may take the Streetcar Uptown or to Mid-City.
The home is literally steps to Frenchmen Street, at the corner of Frenchmen Street and Royal Street.
Both bedrooms have King beds, brand new mattresses, one is firm will the other King bed is soft.
