CITRA 011022-LT-0777. Casa con ingresso indipendente affacciata sul porticciolo di pescatori nel pittoresco borgo di Fezzano. La casa è dotata di una splendida terrazza con vista mare attrezzata con lettini prendisole, ombrellone e tavolo da pranzo. Parcheggio in box privato nell'autosilo a duecento metri dalla casa. All'interno dell'appartamento appena ristrutturato ingresso soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale con vista mare, bagno con doccia, Wifi, aria condizionata, cassaforte.

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house. The house is located in a small car free village. The view is magnificent and the place is very quiet, perfect to recharge your batteries. The hosts were wonderful. We asked for internet access and it was installed just in time for our stay. We had a few minor problems with hot water at the beginning of our stay but it was fixed very timely and efficiently (within 4 hours). The house is very clean and you have all the amenities you could wish for.

The house is located in an area of Tuscany called 'GARFAGNANA' (CHIOZZA - Castiglione G.na), located at 800 mt. The last 6 km are of good mountain road but uphill and with curves. It is a recently restored stone farmhouse with a heated pool that can also be used in spring and autumn and a hot tub up to 36 degrees. The house is structured on 3 levels, ideal for family vacations and relaxing days. It is facing SOUTH and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the picturesque mountains the Apuan Alps.-

E' una casa del fine settecento in pietra e legno dotata di tutti i confort compreso wifi nel antico borgo del paese di Volegno situato nel Parco delle Apuane di 80 metri quadrati adatta da 2 a 4 persone e composta da angolo cottura e soggiorno con camino a legna canalizzato e una stufa a pellet canalizzata che riscaldano tutta la casa , salendo una scala in pietra di cipollino si accede al piano superiore dove si trovano una spaziosa camera da letto e un bagno completo con doccia ..

In un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, immersa nella natura incontaminata, affittiamo una piccola villetta rustica di montagna che fa parte di un antico feudo del castello di Belforte (a Borgo Val di Taro), completamente ristrutturata mantenendo uno stato di conservazione antico. Gode di una splendida vista panoramica sulla valle del taro fino alle montagne liguri. È circondata da boschi di castagni e querce secolari, dista solo 10 minuti di auto da Borgo Val di Taro, il paese principale.

Possibilità di escursioni alle meraviglie naturali della zona (Parco dell'Orecchiella, lago di Gramolazzo, etc). Perfetta per un soggiorno in coppia per stare abbracciati di fronte al fuoco del camino.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
