Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in the woods in a newly constructed cabin. Located 15 minutes from Cadillac. Enjoy unique views from the second story living area. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, full kitchen and spacious living area. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the large top-level deck. Amenity Highlights: hot tub, outdoor stove, Keurig, washer/dryer, 16'x24' elevated deck and walking trails throughout property. Guest access: top level of cabin. *Enter the cabin via the stairway to the deck.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING THIS CABIN. There is a NEW outhouse and only outdoor cold shower facilities available at this site. About a mile into the woods of a dirt two track, Gabe's cabin offers 1 king (in the loft) and 1 twin day bed OR 3 twin beds (upon request), a love seat and rocking chair and desk. Electricity, a full kitchen, with running cold water, an electric fireplace, a fire pit, and outhouse as well as an indoor camping commode. Outdoor cold shower for summer!

Cabin offers a single bed, futon couch w/ room for two, and seating on the main floor. Upstairs a double bed & large beanbag. Kitchen, with gas stove, fridge, and running water (cold). Dining room table that seats up to six. Private firepit and outhouse. Outdoor shower and tub are now open for summer! No smoking inside the cabin. Wi-fi is available at no extra cost.

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
