Welcome to a rural and industrial apartment that belongs to me, a chef with passion for sevice. This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Eget ställe, lugnt och skönt med närhet till allt!

Fridfull&Fullutrustad Reträtt

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta fridfulla, bekvämliga boendet I området finns bra kommunikationer och närhet till butiker samt Jägersro Center. Busslinje 5 som tar er hela vägen in till Malmö Centrum (15-26 minuter). men även till Rosengård Tågstation (8 minuter) som tar er till Hylliestation och kända Emporia på 15 minuter och likaså till Malmö Centralstation på 17minuter. Jag är väldigt hjälpsam, guidar er gladeligen vad ni än behöver eller vill göra, ifall det önskas Välkommen!

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Nice, comfortable two-room apartment near the city center within walking distance to Triangeln station and the trendy areas of Möllevången, Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where you will find cafés and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a separate dinning area, a bathroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Mysigt gästhus på Limhamn

Välkomna till oss mitt i pittoreska Limhamn, ett lugnt område precis vid havet. Här finns massa restauranger, caféer och mataffärer. Bussar går ofta och tar dig överallt på under en kvart. I gäststugan finns fri wifi, en 32 tums TV med chromecast, bra med förvaring, badrum, matplats och köksvrå samt kaffebryggare. Malmö är en perfekt cykelstad och vi har två cyklar ni kan låna för att utforska staden. Kommer ni med bil finns gatuparkering utanför. Välkomna till oss!
