This lake house offers spacious interiors, charming log accents & modern updates for those seeking the perfect balance of relaxation & adventure. Cozy up in the den next to the fire or venture outdoors as we are well-positioned for all of your winter wonderland activities like downhill & cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skating & more! We’re only ~18 min to Otsego Resort, ~22 min to Treetops, ~28 min to Boyne Mountain.

Lakefront living in the Golf Mecca!!

Perfect family retreat, golf outing with the gents, or remote working . Golf, cross country skiing, ATV/snowmobile Trails are all nearby. Located on a lake with a sandy beach to relax and enjoy water activities all day. Dock your boat or Jet skis at the house to enjoy all lake life has to offer. Invite some friends for a bbq on the deck or fishing off the dock. Birds and other wild life aren’t strangers to the neighborhood. Billiards table, pinball snowshoes, kayaks & a canoe also available!

This home has been completely renovated from top to bottom! It's fully furnished with a complete kitchen. The house is 50' away from the 100' of beach on Otsego Lake and has the best sunset views. This rental includes the use of row boats, paddle boats, kayaks, propane bbq grill, and a sandy beach area. There's a dock for a boat or to fish. It’s close to the highway, downtown, golf courses and is walking distance to 2 bar/restaurants. The home shares the property with 2 other rental cottages.
