Quaint non-motorized Lake Martin is perfect for fishing/kayaking.

Located on a lake with a sandy beach to relax and enjoy water activities all day. Dock your boat or Jet skis at the house to enjoy all lake life has to offer. Invite some friends for a bbq on the deck or fishing off the dock. Birds and other wild life aren’t strangers to the neighborhood. Billiards table, pinball snowshoes, kayaks & a canoe also available!

This cozy home is right on Otsego Lake w/ 100' of beach. The home has the best sunset views and a sandy beach to play on. The home comes with a full kitchen with all the kitchenware along with row boats, kayaks, propane bbq grill, picnic table and much more. It's a close drive to the highway, downtown, many golf courses and is walking distance to 2 bar/restaurants. A dock is included for a boat or to fish off it. The home shares the property with 2 other rental cottages also listed on Airbnb.
