Come relax, unwind and enjoy the year round beauty and fun at our cabin on Perkins Pond! Many activities to enjoy with each season.. Kayak, canoe, fish and swim or float, nap on the hammock in summer months.. Walk, hike and enjoy the awe of Fall color.. Snowshoe, skate, ice fish, cross country ski on the frozen pond during winter and enjoy downhill at Mt Sunapee just 8 min away or just relax by the wood stove!! Come enjoy the summer at our beautiful secluded lake house in New Hampshire! Swim, fish, kayak right in our backyard! Enjoy a good night with friends and family sitting around the fire, roasting marshmallows and watching the beautiful stars or play some games inside our rustic cottage. Activities in the area include Newfound lake, hiking, golf, winery, NH rail trail, entertainment complex. Sheets, towels and other necessities provided.

Quiet lake experience, especially on weekdays, to get away and reset your busy life! 2 kayaks for your use at no extra charge. We recently added an outdoor shower in addition to an indoor claw foot bath tub. There is a small private outdoor deck. Lots to do in the surrounding area, but most people don't want to leave this beautiful setting. You can really unplug with no WIFI! (Pets are not permitted)
