Family-friendly and dog friendly lakeside retreat so close to the city! 60 feet of waterfront on beautiful Mississippi Lake. This 4-season cottage is all about location! Don’t worry about forgetting anything! It’s 7 minutes from Carleton Place, grocery stores, Walmart, LCBO, Starbucks and Tim Horton’s! It feels like you are in the country but so close to all amenities. Take a working vacation and commute to Ottawa (35 mins) or Kanata (20 mins) or use the wifi to work from the lake!

Pontiac cottage on the waterfront CITQ#: 294234

This cozy cottage is located directly on the waterfront on the Ottawa river in front of Mohr island. It's perfect for a couple or small family retreat away from the city. You can relax by the water on the deck in the hot tub, take an adventure in one of the kayak’s or enjoy a campfire while watching the stars with the supplied firewood. A canoe and two kayaks with 4 lifejackets are available for guests and are included with your rental. Unfortunatly our place is not dog friendly.
