Relax with the whole family at this newly remodeled peaceful home. Enjoy everything brand new! Has a stocked kitchen, a fire pit for bonfires, and an enclosed porch for morning coffee. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It's conveniently located 4 min from downtown where guests can find plenty of dining and shopping. 20 min drive from starved rock and Matthiessen park! Spacious and charming 3 bedroom family home within walking distance of Downtown Ottawa's excellent restaurants. Sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and loft daybed/trundle. Cozy welcome room with a gas fireplace is connected to the open kitchen, and goes straight out to the enormous deck plus fire pit, and corn hole. Great for dining and grilling outside while watching for wildlife. Game Room with ping pong/pool table and treadmill. Note: Deck overlooks the river, but there is NO direct river access.

Country Living At Granny’s Place

This home sits on a large lot in a rural setting. It’s my family home & completely furnished. While no animals are allowed, there is a full size washer & dryer, 2 TVs, the full-size bed, kitchen supplied with basics & central air/heat with the expectation you’ll adjust it when not home. You have a front deck with cushioned chairs seasonally. Very limited WiFi-no streaming, pets live on property. *NON-SMOKING*NO PARTIES*NO ANIMALS
