Very unique, authentic, and comfortable Southwest style home with tremendous charm and warmth, 12 miles down San Miguel Canyon from the historic town of Telluride, Colorado. Telluride is home to a world class ski area, two film festivals, several music festivals including Bluegrass in the summer and Chamber Music and Blues Festivals in the Fall. Telluride offers a wide choice of restaurants and nightlife. Sit on the sunny decks or enjoy a fire in one of the 3 Kiva style fireplaces throughout the house in winter or fall. Cook meals on a beautiful six burner stove in a kitchen with a fireplace called The Rio Pecos Cafe. Fifteen minutes to Telluride and a half hour drive to Ouray Hot Springs. There is an on site caretaker who lives in a separate, private soundproof apt on a different level than the main house. He is there if you need him and invisible if you don't.

The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. Updated in 2018, this quaint 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is perfectly located only one block from Main Street on the south end of town near the Ice Park and Box Canyon Falls. The home has a 50" Smart TV, wireless internet, a ready to cook-in kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use. The house also has a huge grassy yard, views in all directions, and plenty of parking for jeeps, truck and trailer combo, etc. The house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps four guests.

Great 3 bedroom in River Park!

Updated and cozy in town 3 bedroom home. Spectacular views all around. Short walk to Uncompaghre river trail, restaurants and shopping. Two large porches and great upper deck with awesome views of the Sneffels range. Fenced in backyard. The back porch has a charcoal BBQ for you to use. There is internet TV, but no cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. The pantry has some canned goods, spices that you are free to use as needed.
