Welcome to God's country. Built from large oak beams, Fairview cabin sits on a 250-acre cattle farm with 360 degrees of beautiful views. Whether sitting on the front porch taking in the sunset or on the screened back porch admiring the old barn, there is no view that doesn't have something to offer. The cabin can accommodate up to 5 guests with plenty of room to spare. Enjoy 2 Queen bedrooms with private baths and a closet off of bedroom #1 with a single bed for a child or free loading cousin.

Free kayaks at this remote log cabin on the river in the Tennessee Highlands! Kayaks include one double sit-on-top kayak, one single Pescador kayak, and one single sit-in kayak. Our off-the-grid cabin overlooks the East Fork Obey River (Dale Hollow Lake), and the scenic Tennessee Highlands. Stroll down to the water to fish or launch your boat from the nearby ramp on Riverton Road, just one street over. End the day by the outdoor fireplace, or relax on one of the two porches to stargaze.

Our cabin is built on the banks of Obey (Obee) River With 20 private acres surrounding you. Jump Rock is above your own private swimming hole with a walkway from the bank. The cabin is a comfortable and beautiful place to enjoy the incredible surroundings. If you are a nature lover, come and renew your soul in solitude and beauty. The cabin is one steep mile back from the main muddy pond Road, where you can access the local Mennonite community and enjoy unique stores and leather shops.

This recently renovated cabin is our family's retreat in the woods. We travel here to fish, hike, have campfires, and spend quality time together. Monterey is the perfect central location to strike out to any number of state parks and visit local attractions. Once you've seen it all, you can come back to Monterey to rest and recharge your batteries at our family's cabin retreat. This cabin can comfortably sleep up to six (6) adults (3 queen beds available).
