Take it easy at this unique getaway. Spend your days hiking the backyard trails (25 acres behind the house!), swimming or paddle boarding on the lake with a private dock (lake is a 2 minute walk down the driveway!), or traveling to near by coastal towns like Bar Harbor (Bucksport was voted #1 small coastal town in USA!). For dinner, stop by one of the lobster shacks just down the road to bring home your fresh Maine lobster! Come and disconnect (or stay connected if you’re working remotely!).

Relax, re-charge and enjoy the peace that comes from spending time near the ocean and under the stars. Our tents have all the comforts of home. Linens, towels, bath products and kitchen supplies. Just 4 miles from Acadia N.P. This tent has a full bathroom, 2 queen beds, a bunk bed, kitchenette, kitchen table and outside deck. There is a communal fire pit with free wood. Several acres directly on a secluded portion of Porter Lake so you can bring your boat or enjoy the local trails with your ATV in the summer. Enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling and snowshoeing in the winter. This 1500 square foot cabin offers all the modern conveniences. Close to area hiking and mountain climbing in summer and Sugarloaf and Saddleback skiing in winter. Awesome colors of foliage changes during the fall. Optional hookup for motorhome and plenty of space for tenting.

Goose Paradise Campsite

This location is designated for tent or small camper only. Guests must bring their own camping equipment. The campsite offers a picturesque setting adjacent to a pond, with onsite parking available for up to two vehicles. Restroom facilities are conveniently located next to the greenhouse. For those arriving after hours, please drive past the cabin, descend the small hill, and proceed straight ahead to find your site awaiting you. I anticipate welcoming you in the morning!

Porcupine Creek Rustic Camping - Owls Nest

The Owls Nest Tent is a luxury platform tent that sits on a rise overlooking a small field. Inside, there is a comfortable queen-sized bed. Outside, the tent canopy extends over the tent deck to provide a shaded place to sit in one of two comfortable Adirondack chairs.
