Beautiful flat a short walk from city centre

The basement flat is small but ideal for short stays. Steep stairs down, not suitable for mobility problems. Empty the day before guests arrive and the cleaning is thorough. The kitchen has a microwave/oven/grill, fridge, hob, kettle and most things you will need. There is a dining table,2 chairs and a sofa bed for one person Shower-room has shower,washbasin, toilet,towel rail radiator. Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

The apartment is in the basement of our Victorian house in a quiet residential street of bustling Summertown, voted the best place to live in the UK! Moments from cafes, restaurants, shops and public transport to city centre (5 mins by bus), this is a great place to base yourself in Oxford. Well - connected to both Oxford and Oxford Parkway stations. Parking is available on the forecourt of our house. Please let us know if you require parking before you arrive.
