It's hard to say which is better, the house or the location! Call this comfortable downtown house home away from home for your next Pagosa Springs getaway. Enjoy mountain views from the private hot tub or the sunset from the front deck. Located steps away from the San Juan riverwalk, 0.4 miles from The Springs Resort, and one block from Main Street in Historic Downtown. Please note*** there is construction happening all over town. This place is right in the heart of downtown Pagosa Springs, CO on the San Juan River! You can fish from the deck! It is close to art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities in downtown Pagosa Springs Colorado! You’ll love the high ceilings, the river and mountain views, and the location. Great for couples, families (with kids), or a group of 6 friends! The Master has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 1 king bed and 1 set of bunk beds. Separate bathrooms!
