Luxe Downtown House w/ Hot Tub & Fire Pit

It's hard to say which is better, the house or the location! Remodeled to the studs in '18, this modern, southwestern home is less than two blocks from Downtown Pagosa (walk to restaurants and the springs) but boasts views out of every window that make you feel like you're out in the wilderness! High-end furnishings (leather couches, Moroccan rugs, top-of-the-line appliances, modern fireplace, steam shower) and attention to detail will greet you at every turn. Our guest cabin on our property borders the National Forest w countless hummingbirds. The cabin boasts a private, cozy hot tub to enjoy after a long day out. Our RiverView Loft has a mountain modern style with new furnishings throughout. The finishes are very attractive to the eye. We are located in downtown Pagosa Springs across the street from the San Juan River. A relaxing walk to all the Hot Springs, geothermal domes, breweries, parks and so much more is all within 5 to 15 minutes from our loft. We also live on-site next door to the loft. We also provide garden area with a relaxed atmosphere. CAUTION ⚠️ our stairs are ship stairs.

"Pagosa's Hill Top House" is just minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs, where you can hit up the Hot Springs after a day of hitting the slopes at Wolf Creek. Accommodating up to 12, the house has a fenced-in yard with fire pit and grill. (Pet Friendly) 3,075 square feet with three levels, so plenty of room for everyone to stretch out.
