Welcome to a lovingly restored 1920s home, a tribute to Chipeta, “Queen of the Utes.” A spacious retreat filled with Native art,blending history with warmth and style. Enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, and a large patio,after a day of exploring. It's a quiet, historic neighborhood, just a short walk from the U, parks, and local attractions. Please be mindful of our neighbors. We have tenants in the UNshared basement apartment. We look forward to hosting you in this one-of-a-kind, family-friendly home!

The Shangri Lodge is a peaceful oasis is located on 2 acres and features 3 cabins, 3 tent sites, shared Cantina, and shared Bathhouse. It is perfect for bicyclists, festival goers, hikers, and site-seeing of the National Monument and surrounding Mountains. We are 5 to 10 away from Fruita, Palisade, Downtown Grand Junction, Canyon view Park, and CMU. A perfect location to experience all of the Grand Valley! Each tent site can host ONE tent with up to 4 guests. (Tent and bedding NOT included).

"Welcome to Fruita! We are located on Main Street & a short walk to breweries, coffee shops & yummy pizza. Our 1906 house has been renovated to a warm, inviting, friendly place, and is the perfect getaway for those who want to relax, rejuvenate, and recreate in the great outdoors. Sit by the outdoor fire pit, on the front swing, or relax by the indoor gas fireplace with a beverage of your choice. We offer 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a sleeper sofa. Wifi and parking - We've got you covered.

Come enjoy country views just 4.1 miles from downtown Palisade. This adorable mother in law "barn" is located right behind our main living house. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield looming to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.

If you're feeling like something more, venture to nearby Powderhorn, the Grand Mesa Lakes, Grand Junction, Palisade, etc. No matter the time of year, there is plenty to do and see.
