You are in the prime location to enjoy the gorgeous landscapes of Palisade but still minutes away from winery's, distillery's, hiking,skiing,biking, and the historic district downtown. Peaceful and airy, our centrally located cabin feels remote, but is just minutes from downtown Grand Junction amenities. Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Cleanliness is our #1 priority! Bright and intentionally furnished with decor by local artists, our heart has gone into every detail.

Our cozy and updated farmhouse has a beautiful view of the Grand Valley. Relax among the vines under Mt. Garfield. Drink wine at one of the many wineries. Enjoy peace and quiet while picking a peach in the orchard or grapes in the vineyard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Palisade and 13 miles from downtown Grand Junction. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.

- cozy studio apartment with 2 beds (there is a loft bed that is 6” of plush memory foam.) Queen size but is a snug fit for people over 6’ tall.
