Peaceful and airy, our centrally located cabin feels remote, but is just minutes from downtown Grand Junction amenities. Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Cleanliness is our #1 priority! Bright and intentionally furnished with decor by local artists, our heart has gone into every detail.

A cozy and private suite (ADU) close to downtown Fruita and i-70 exit. The suite has a private entrance with keypad for self check-in. The 1br 1ba suite has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Basically a hotel room. There is no kitchen or TV. Off-street parking is available. Shared fenced in yard for pets (shared w. host and host's friendly dog). Air-conditioned in summer. A 7-10 minute bike ride to downtown, 5-10 minute walk to three vineyards, surrounded by orchards. 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. Best for 4 guests comfortable roll away bed for 5.

Relax and rejuvenate at our cozy and comfortable farm cottage, located on our biodynamic farm in the scenic Grand Valley in Western Colorado. Unwind and breathe peacefully as you enjoy views of the surrounding mountains, and get a taste of farm life observing the cattle, goats, and chickens in the surrounding field. The cottage is fully furnished and equipped for your stay, featuring a comfy queen bed, a pull-out couch queen bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked kitchen.

Our cozy and updated farmhouse has a beautiful view of the Grand Valley. Relax among the vines under Mt. Garfield. Drink wine at one of the many wineries. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.

This stylish one bedroom apartment has its own separate entrance above the garage. A barn door separates the bedroom area from the sitting room. Lounge on your private deck and enjoy the cooler desert evenings with a cup of local coffee. Sleep in a king bed with luxurious bedding. This unit has room for your bikes and paddle boards if you prefer to store them inside. Close to bike trails, great hiking and award winning local restaurants. Come get away!
