The Blue Jay - Cozy 3 BR Cottage

Unpack and relax at this peaceful, centrally-located new cottage. Located near I-75 within 20 min of Lima, Findlay & Ada; walking distance to downtown & Bluffton University. This space offers 3 bedrooms with 2 queen & 2 twin size beds. The fully stocked kitchen has a dishwasher and an island with seating. There is a washer & dryer for your use. A desk overlooks the great room that has a TV with roku for streaming. There are front & back outdoor spaces with lawn to enjoy and off street parking.

The Lockly House

The Lockly house is a newly renovated and fully furnished three bedroom house. Furnished with family in mind, enjoy wi-fi, 3 smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors throughout and washer and dryer available in house. One bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms on the second floor. The third bedroom is furnished as a media room for an extra living space to spread out. Can accommodate up to 8 guests. The Lockly house was built in 1910. Within 30 minutes of Fort Wayne, IN and Lima, OH.

The Mainstay

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Whether you're in town for a special event, a work trip, or a weekend getaway, you'll find peace and relaxation at The Mainstay. The Mainstay is a newly remodeled standalone studio guest house. It features a fully functional kitchen, a large shower with bench, a bidet, a 55" HD TV, an electric fireplace feature, and an outdoor patio and fire pit. Enjoy this unique stay with lush and natural surroundings while retaining modern-day conveniences.

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

Cozy Cabin on the Farm

Come relax in our rustic cabin. Rock on the front or back porch and enjoy the sunrise or sunsets. The cabin looks out over the pond where you can swim on a hot day or fish anytime. Tour the farm and get to know friendly goats, chickens and Great Pyrenes. If your into wildlife, Killdeer plains Wildlife Area is 20 minutes south. It's over 9000 acres that offers birdwatching, fishing, hiking and hunting. For those that want a little faster pace, Findlay, Ohio is just 20 minutes away.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

The Cabin at Maple View - Accepting Reservations

We are open for guests! The Cabin at Maple View is located a quarter mile off of the highway down a long twisting driveway. It is tucked back in the woods and away from it all. You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.

Beth's Bonus Place

Enjoy our private Bonus Place located downtown Bluffton, OH. The space is private and comfortable with a relaxing porch to enjoy the beautiful landscape outdoors with a fire pit where you can relax. Rental includes an upstairs living area/bedroom; downstairs includes fully equipped kitchen, full bath with shower, and garage space you can set-up folding tables and chairs to enjoy a meal.

Downtown Studio

Enjoy a night on the front porch or take an easy walk from Findlay's best downtown bars, restaurants and shopping! This 1 bed, 1 bath apartment is a part of a triplex. The HVAC system has a charcoal filter with UV light purification to help deactivate airborne pathogens and microorganisms. Management is just next door or a call away if you need anything else!
