Casa Raquel is a spacious bungalow unit behind our home in central Chico. Unit includes a kitchenette, master bedroom, living room (with futon couch bed) and bathroom, heat/AC Mr.Cool wall unit you can adjust to your liking. Private gated entrance and patio. Beautiful garden. 1.2 miles to downtown. Stays of 3 days or longer require free cleaning during the stay. WE HAVE A MEDICAL NOTE ON FILE DUE WITH AIRBNB AS DUE TO ALLERGIES WE CANNOT ALLOW DOGS OR CATS OF ANY KIND.

Lake house décor. Super fun getaway for family and friends. Oroville lake and Feather River are minutes away. Great for fisherman, boaters, hikers and kayaking. Oroville has something for every season. During the Fall Oroville salmon festival is held and the hatchery is open for viewing. Winter Feather falls and Phantom falls are flowing. Spring Table top mountain is in full bloom with wild flowers. Summer at the lake and river is a buzz with water activities.

Our home is 3,400 sq. feet and sits on over an acre, with idyllic views of mature trees, horse pastures and Bidwell Park. We have two small children, so the place is setup for mellow family groups to relax and enjoy family time. We do not accept bookings of large youthful groups. No extra people on the property.

The home is a block from Bidwell Park with swimming holes, hiking and playgrounds at our doorstep. It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or out. Please contact host if interested in booking the backyard studio for an additional nightly cost.

The location of the home is ideal (East Street Area) – 2 blocks from the downtown area and 1 block from Bidwell Park.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, our studio cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, which is suitable for children . The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
