Relax with the whole family or friends at this central and peaceful place to stay. In walking distance (2 min) from castle, 3 min. from port and 5 min. from beach (downhill). Fully equipped. The apartment (1st floor) has access to shared roof terrace (3rd floor), where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the city and Ionian sea, while taking breakfast or dinner. To σπιτι μου βρίσκεται στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου με ελαιόδεντρα πάνω από την Πάργα, με πανοραμική θέα στην πόλη, το Κάστρο, το λιμάνι . Αποτελείται από 4 κομψά studios, δύο χώρων το καθένα. Εξοπλισμένα με όλες τις ανέσεις ενός σπιτιού (κουζίνα, μπάνιο, βεράντες, TV, air condition,intrnet ιδανικά και για οικογένειες που αγαπούν την ηρεμία, αλλά όχι την απομόνωση. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κέντρο της πόλης και την πανέμορφη παραλία του Βάλτου, με δυνατότητα στάθμευσης μπροστα από το κτίριο.

Ένα ωραιότατο στούντιο περιμένει να σας φιλοξενήσει στο Άνω Νεοχωρόπουλο Ιωαννίνων. Ευάερο και ευήλιο και δροσερό, με μπαλκόνι που βλέπει σε καταπράσινο κήπο και θέα στο βουνό. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο και το Πανεπιστήμιο, τόσο που η πρόσβαση γίνεται και περπατώντας. Για το κέντρο της πόλης, υπάρχουν συχνά δρομολόγια λεωφορείου από το Πανεπιστήμιο. Η περιοχή είναι μέσα στη φύση, ήρεμη και ευνοεί τη χαλάρωση. Το διαμέρισμα είναι αυτόνομο με δική του είσοδο.

The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.
