Chef approved kitchen setup with high quality pots, pans, knives and cutlery. Full cable TV package, smart TV, super high speed internet package. Treat yourself to my luxury amenities and feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. My mattresses, pillows, linens and towels are all 5-star luxury hotel quality. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can easily let your inner chef whip up an impressive meal for your friends and family. Enjoy two full bathrooms with showers, a spacious walk in closet and a dining table with seats for everyone. You'll have access to my entire condo including the rooftop terrace with BBQs, full gym, yoga room, spinning room, sauna and steam room. I am always available for my guests throughout their stay when they need me. Walk out back of the building to be met by a beautiful little park. It is quiet around the building, and it feels like an oasis that's close to some of the most popular attractions in the city. The Spadina Streetcar is a 2 minute walk from my doorstep which runs North / South through the city. Take it South and you'll ride along Lakeshore and arrive at Union Station which is the main transportation hub of the city. You can go anywhere in the city from Union Station and it's only 5 minutes away. Take the Streetcar North and it will bring you to the Bloor Line which runs East / West through the city. Take it West to head to Etobicoke or East to The Danforth which is Greektown. Centrally located in Toronto's best neighbourhood. Cutest park right beside the building for enjoying a nature retreat in the middle of the city. Short walk to Harbourfront to sit by the lake and enjoy the water. Loblaws grocery store and coffee shops just down the street.

Basement Apartment - New Build!

Full basement apartment of a brand new home which was recently featured in Toronto Life Magazine. Fully loaded with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and laundry. The best sound dampening we could implement - it's very quiet. Incredible home gym and foosball table. Nice outdoor dining and BBQ area. 1 parking space in the driveway included, however, street parking isn't usually an issue, although technically not allowed. Kipling station and Loblaws are close by (pics attached).
