Modern Gem in Parkhurst with Solar Power

Off-grid, solared powerd, sustainable, stylish home that has natural light pouring in through large double volume windows. Ideal for families and business colleagues. Our house is not suitable for parties. Upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony and a second bedroom, both en-suite. Downstairs is a double bedroom and converted study with single beds. The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.

Luxurious 5 Bedroom Bryanston Getaway

For those who ‘prefer better.’ Beat the loadshedding and forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. Your own private villa in a very central location. A stone's throw from the best restaurants, shopping centres, sports facilities, and hospitals. Country living in the city. An oasis of calm in the midst of a vibrant hub of activities. We unfortunately don’t allow parties or large gatherings, especially over weekends. Please consider booking elsewhere if this is your intention.
