Nice stay in centre, free parking & cozy comfort

Situated in the city center, 5 min walk to parks, 10 min to beach, a comfortable 57 sqm. apartment. The accommodation consists of one double bedroom, one smaller room with sofa bed, open plan living room/kitchen, bathroom and sauna. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer. It has high ceilings which together with the windows in every room provides an abundance of natural light. Offer nice stay for couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families with kids.

Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment just: - 500m from the white sandy beach, - 100m from a seaside park and running/cycling path (5 km long), - 300m from the tennis courts, - 500m from one of the biggest kids' playgrounds in Latvia, - 400m from the bowling centre, where you can have some fun also on rainy days :) Apartment itself is as charming as surroundings, it's original wooden flooring, high ceilings and other carefully chosen details will make you feel like home away from home.

Small but cosy apartment in the heart of Liepāja. Perfect for couples and family with kids. Near to Food market and 10 minute walk to seaside. The apartment is warm and cosy also at the winter time, because it has an automatic electric heater. And if you want you can always light the wood burning fireplace for an extra cosy feel. Kitchen has all the appliances that you need for a comfortable food preparation and there is also a high chair for children.

The apartment is located in a separate building with a separate entrance and a terrace available only for this apartment! Quiet, closed yard! Comfortable for families with children or 2 couples.
