Sunny Waterfront Home Overlooking Blueberry Field

5 acres of lawns, gardens, and meadows and a gentle rocky beach on Blue Hill's Salt Pond, a protected inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. The house has two bedrooms and baths on the main level and an two additional bedrooms, bathroom, and living space downstairs.

Acadia National Park ocean front & garden cottages

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

Gran Den is a large, kid-friendly home on the sunset side of a 9 mi lake (Toddy Pond). Enjoy privacy, stunning elevated sunsets, a dock, raft, canoe, big yard and a tennis court! Deck spans the length of the home - great for grilling, sunbathing, meals, drinks, naps and stargazing. Waterfront and tennis ct only 100 ft from deck. Enjoy all nature offers, loons, bald eagles, humming birds – on a lake that you’ll feel like you own. Close to Acadia National Park, Deer Isle & Blue Hill.
