Our House Yall's House

5 Miles from 2 I-10 ramps, 25 mins to NAS, 30 mins to 2 different beaches - Pens Bch & Perdido Key, 3 miles to equestrian, 4 miles from NFCU. We have a private entrance, walk-out basement. There are other bedrooms if necessary; however, those would be in our living space & more $$. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. During warmer months, pool and tiki are beautiful, another open patio and outside cooking - grill. Area inside has microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, toaster oven, 52" t.v.

Comfy little villa in East Hill

This little house is sure to please & is the perfect space for up to 3 guests. It has a pretty open concept so that you aren't crowded or cramped. The small outside area is fenced and has a sitting area that is nice for sipping coffee or taking a smoke break. The neighborhood is fantastic for walking & jogging, possibly to a nearby park. Publix is ~1/2 mile away, as well as great restaurants, some with local cuisine. Downtown Pensacola is ~5 minutes away and the beach is ~15 minutes away.

Just a few miles to the states canoe/kayak capital BlackWater River. Just a hop, skip, and jump to Destin/Ft Walton. Enjoy Pensacola's Seafood Restaurants, Shopping, and Free National Naval Aviation Museum. Enjoy private pool, Screened in Lanai, in warmer months. With use of out door gas grill, corn hole sets, volleyball, fire pit.

Modern house w/ 2 master bedroom suites with own bathroom and 2 additional rooms sharing a bathroom. Welcome to the emerald coast paradise! You have the best of both worlds, Okaloosa island and the night life are only less than 3 miles away, the beautiful sugar sand beaches are only couple miles away, and you have your own pool (non-heated) in the backyard if you just want to relax and get your tan on! Shopping outlets are near by! Great restaurants around to choose from!

The Blue house

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Near restaurants, beaches lakes and more. You can enjoy a big yard during the day and a beautiful, peaceful bone fire at night. No pets allowed NO SMOKING INSIDE PROPERTY, $50 PENALTY There will be a $20 charge per hour if you stay after check out time, check-out time is 11:00AM. Please let me know if you have an emergency and need to late check-out ahead of time.

Tommy’s Zen Yard and Cottage

A Zen like cottage with a loft in a very quaint and friendly neighborhood in the East Hill community. The pet-friendly cottage is made of Native Cypress from the floor to ceiling. The bathroom area has a 100-year old claw tub with an attached shower head.The loft has a Full size bed, downstairs is a queen size fold out couch. New addition of a spacious covered deck with gas cooktop and gas grill. 15 min drive to the beach.

Modernized 2BR Historic Home w/ King bed

Recently renovated - this is the perfect home base for whatever brings you to Pensacola. Located in a safe and convenient neighborhood, guests are walking distance to a local grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, parks, and water access at Bayou Texar. It is only a short drive to the airport, shopping, downtown, and the beach. There is also ample parking for you and your guests in a large unfenced yard.

Quiet and budget friendly RV

Quiet and secluded RV camper. The RV is brand new as of 2023, placed on an RV pad on the corner of our property. Access to a large front yard, private backyard, and outdoor dining patio. This is our budget friendly option for nightly rental with full hookups. Help yourself to the Stove top, Oven, Fridge, and full use of AC and heat. Propane fuel is included with your booking.
