Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju. Blizu svega a opet toliko mirno i daleko od svih smjestila se kuća sa ukupno 4 apartmana. Na drugom najgornjem katu naše kuće nalazi se ovaj prekrasan stan sa pogledom na more i otočjem Brijuni. Stan je veličine 98m2, ima vlastiti ulaz i parking u sklopu objekta. Parcela se prostire na 6000m i u potpunosti je ograđena kamenim zidom. Ispred kuće nalati se bazen od 55 m2. Na cijeloj parceli preko četrdeset stoljetnih maslina.

Apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea and National park Brijuni.
