Modern villetta in Istria, across Brijuni near Pula. Surrounded by Mediterranean garden, ideal for a couple, but it can accommodate up to four people. Located 200m from the beach, the house offers wellness, rest and reconnecting with nature. In the house one can find everything needed for a relaxed vacation, and in the garden there are unique Biodesign pool, whirlpool, dining area and the grill. And a lot of greenery (we are nature and bee friendly). Property is fully fenced and pet friendly.

Schöne Städte wie Rovinj und Porec sind mit dem Auto in 30 bis 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Der nächste Strand ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt und viele weitere sind mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Objekt je klimatiziran sa tri unutarnje klima jedinice, kuhinja objekta nudi sve sadržaje koji su potrebni za življenje, a u dnevnom dijelu se nalazi TV ravnog ekrana sa satelitskim programima te kutna sofa. Objekt nudi dvije spavače sobe. Kupaona je opremljena walk in tuš kabinom i perilicom rublja. Prostrana terasa je posebna pogodnost stana.

Apartment is on the 2nd floor with a terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea and the islad of Brijuni. The apartment has a beautiful backyard and there is a fireplace perfect for grilling and chilling. On the property guests can taste homemade olive oil, wine and fresh vegetables grown by the owner. Free parking space is provided.

Vila može primiti 9 osoba, u prizemlju ove toplo namještene vile nalazi se dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i kaminom, kao i spavaća soba i kupaonica, dok su ostale sobe i kupaonice na katu kuće.

The interior design of our spaces was crafted by the award-winning local designer Matteo Cetinski. The boho-style focuses on a free-spirited aesthetic including organic elements. The floors are made of Slavonian oak, the armchairs are covered in wool and the couches are layered in linen. The natural elements used to furnish the spaces reflect what we stand for – our connection to our roots.
