The Fairways House

We present this luxury 1960s built villa featuring a huge lounge with an opening wall into a games room. 6 Bedrooms (2 en-suites & 1 dressing room). Dining room, living/family room with gas fire, games room, family room with log burner. Mezzanine area. 2 bathrooms. Beautifully private location with outlook across valley/woodland. Located within 5 minutes walking distance to shops, bars etc. Ideally located to St Andrews & Edinburgh, only a 30 min drive away. Train station 8 min drive away.

Cabin/ sauna/Hot Tub / decking. private

East Wemyss. you have full use of maintained hot tub and healing infrared sauna in private land!. cabin has one small double sofa bed, One single bunk and one full double bed. there is a window very close to sleeping area which serves as good ventilation if required. Theres a good strong shower in shower room in cabin. hot and cold running water. washing machine is inside sauna room next door to cabin. The SMALL double can sleep 2 making it possible for 5 sleeping , BUT I say 4 comfortably!

Balnabea

Balnabea is just a short drive to Glenshee Ski Centre and is a great base for outdoor activities such as hillwalking and biking as well as visiting the local castles and distilleries. The house enjoys a secluded rural location in a small village but the pretty Highland Perthshire towns of Blairgowrie and Pitlochry are just a short drive away. The house features a sauna, large drying room and a spacious garden so it a great place for families or groups of friends, and dogs are welcome too!

20' woodland yurt in Highland glen

Set in our small mixed woodland at West Cottage and Stables in in picturesque Glenlyon, our 20ft yurt offers complete privacy, a choice of two fire pits (one under cover) and amazing views, a wood burning range cooker, and a double bed – to mention just the essentials. The yurt is lined with wool, and there's a pull out twin bed and a kettle and toaster. There's cold water in the yurt and a full bathroom a short walk up to our house. There's also your own loo right by the yurt.
