A tiny home experience in a private and cozy environment! Enjoy a good night’s rest in luxury soft bedding on very comfortable mattresses in this intimate space. Nestled in Novato/away from the city lights, the stargazing on a clear night is spectacular. Make use of the kitchenette and full bath. You’ll wake to the sound of bird songs and wind bustling through the bamboo outside. Take a step out of the double doors to the back patio and enjoy your coffee amongst the flora and fauna of the garden

The flat at the cork oak is the ideal place to stay in Petaluma. Two blocks from the train station and the river / old town, a block from Whole Foods + coffee, easy access to the freeway, but down a long private driveway in peace and quiet. The gorgeous, clean flat receives ample morning sun in the kitchen and living room for your cup of coffee or tea, while the bedroom will receive the afternoon sun. You can also shop at the nearby Petaluma Premium Outlet shopping mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using nearby freeways or public transportation.

We are merely a ten minute walk to downtown's great shops and fabulous restaurants, and a short drive to Lagunitas and hen house breweries. Wine lovers don’t worry great tasting rooms!

Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops.
