The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. This beautiful, lakeside lodge overlooks a stunning lake, golf course and tranquil Nature Trail beyond for walks.. Its peaceful ambiance makes it perfect for holiday guests to chill. The well-equipped cottage opens onto a spacious decking area, furnished with dining and relaxing seating, an amazing pergola and bbq. Leading to the private dock, it allows fishing from the lake. The park Leisure Suite has a fab pool, steam room, sauna and gym, with trendy Cafe Revive, restaurant and Spikes Bar!

Walk to Rutland Water from two bed studio flat.

Wonderful studio flat overlooking Rutland Water, in the village of Edith Weston. Walk through the paddock onto the bridleway around Rutland Water or to the local pub and farm shop. 5 miles from Georgian Stamford and Burghley House, or to Oakham and Uppingham. This is a lovely base from which to explore beautiful Rutland. I live in the main house, and will be pleased to meet you and help you enjoy your stay. This studio flat is self contained, sharing the back door to the main house.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

Situated near Sywell, in the rural Northamptonshire countryside, Overstone Lakes is an ideal getaway location for all the family. You will be greeted by the picturesque surroundings of the park and there is also an excellent selection of lakeside walks. Please note any branded work vehicles are not allowed on site and must be parked at the pub next door.

Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.
