House in Pezinok with swimming pool, Bratislava

My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Privátne ubytovanie sa nachádza neďaleko hradu Červený kameň, asi 15 minút peši. Domček je obklopený lesom v dedinke Píla-Častá v Malých Karpatoch. Dom má spoločné 4 spálne/ 8 osôb + 1 prístelka + gauč v obývačke 1-2 osoby/, 1 spoločnú obývaciu miestnosť, kuchyňu, 2 kúpeľne s toaletou a terasu z obývačky. Na záhrade je možné grilovanie a aj opekanie. Verejné parkovanie je možné na ulici pred domom. Okolie: turizmus, hrad, vínna oblasť. Domček sa nachádza v spoločnom areáli, kde žijú majitelia.

Our house is situated in Bratislava´s quite neighborhood Raca. This area is famous for its rich winemaking tradition. 5 minutes on foot from house one can find big area of wineyards, woods, swimming area suitable for sports activities such as cycling, tracking and swimming. Quality local restaurants, traditional wine cellars and pubs can be found within the same area. Our apartment house is modern, well maintained and suitable for up to 14 people with 5 separate rooms with own bathrooms.

Okolie ponúka možnosti pre aktívny oddych aj relaxáciu, turistiku či cyklistiku. Na skok od chaty nájdete lyžiarsky svah, aj detské ihrisko, ktoré poteší najmenších hostí. Biela Chata is a unique accommodation in the forest above the historic town of Modra. Suitable for 5 people-adults only. You will find a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace ,first floor with two bedrooms, a garage with storinge for sports equipment. Finnish sauna with space for 4 people for upcharge. Outside there is a spacious terrace facing the garden with a fireplace and seating.The cottage has its own parking spaces . WIFI connection.

V dome je vybavená kuchyňa, obývačka s rozkladacou pohovkou, spálňa a wellnes relaxačná miestnosť s východom do záhrady a sauny. Wifi a káblová televízia je samozrejmosťou. Vo výbave sú plachty do sauny, osušky, župany, relaxačná hudba, knihy, esenciálne oleje na aromaterapiu. Parkovanie je zdarma na verejnom parkovisku pred domom. Domáce zvieratá sú povolené po dohode.

Slovak cottage in the Carpathians near Bratislava

The traditional Slovak cottage from the 1960s has a ground floor living room with a fireplace, a shared kitchen with equipment, a gas stove with oven. Shared bathroom with shower and separate shared toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms with three double beds and extra beds. More sleeping possible in the living room. Each room also has separate electric heating. Electromagnetic smog negligible. There is also an outdoor gazebo with outdoor seating and a natural fireplace.
