Spacious luxury villa with stunning views and full facilities for private use, including indoor 20 metre swimming pool and 10 person Finnish Sauna. 15 minutes from Bratislava Airport, 15 minutes from the town centre and at the gateway to the Small Carpathian wine route. Extensively terraced, south (sun) facing with dominating views of the city and vineyards. THE VILLA IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR LARGE LOUD GROUP PARTIES. Príďte si k nám oddýchnuť! Apartmán sa nachádza na južnom úpätí Malých Karpát, len pár minút od miestnych vinohradov a rozľahlých lesov s množstvom nerušených turistických trás. Radi Vám zabezpečíme degustáciu vína u niektorého z lokálnych vinárov alebo aj komentovanú prechádzku vinohradmi, počas ktorej si môžete vychutnať pohár vínka s krásnym výhľadom. Apartmán sa nachádza v časti Modra-Kráľová. Do centra Modry je to cca 2,5 km. V blízkom okolí sa nachádzajú reštaurácie a kaviarne.

There is a beautiful rattan garden seating on the terrace. Very good accessibility to the center of Bratislava (20 min) and fast connection to the highway within approx. 5 min.
