Extensively terraced, south (sun) facing with dominating views of the city and vineyards. THE VILLA IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR LARGE LOUD GROUP PARTIES. Chata sa nachádza v malebnom prostredí Malých Karpát, v rekreačnej oblasti Zochová Chata, približne 45 minút autom od Bratislavy. Je ideálnym miestom pre rodiny s deťmi a všetkých, ktorí hľadajú pokoj, krásnu prírodu a množstvo aktivít pre celú rodinu. Okolie ponúka možnosti pre aktívny oddych aj relaxáciu, turistiku či cyklistiku. Na skok od chaty nájdete lyžiarsky svah, aj detské ihrisko, ktoré poteší najmenších hostí. V blízkosti je aj Hotel Zochova chata, ktorý ponúka špičkový wellness.

Apartmán v Modra-Kráľová

Príďte si k nám oddýchnuť! Apartmán sa nachádza na južnom úpätí Malých Karpát, len pár minút od miestnych vinohradov a rozľahlých lesov s množstvom nerušených turistických trás. Radi Vám zabezpečíme degustáciu vína u niektorého z lokálnych vinárov alebo aj komentovanú prechádzku vinohradmi, počas ktorej si môžete vychutnať pohár vínka s krásnym výhľadom. Apartmán sa nachádza v časti Modra-Kráľová. Do centra Modry je to cca 2,5 km. V blízkom okolí sa nachádzajú reštaurácie a kaviarne.

Apartment in winery house in Šenkvice

Indipendent apartment with a private garden, right in the heart of the wine village of Šenkvice. Located in a quiet location, it is facing the courtyard of the family house. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a large double bed and a sofa bed and a bathroom. Parking is available on site. Close proximity to the train station (5 min walk) with excellent connections to nearby towns (Bratislava, Trnava, Pezinok). Good local wines offer on site.

Slovak cottage in the Carpathians near Bratislava

The traditional Slovak cottage from the 1960s has a ground floor living room with a fireplace, a shared kitchen with equipment, a gas stove with oven. Shared bathroom with shower and separate shared toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms with three double beds and extra beds. More sleeping possible in the living room. Each room also has separate electric heating. Electromagnetic smog negligible. There is also an outdoor gazebo with outdoor seating and a natural fireplace.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

Modern 2-room house with a garden near Bratislava

Beautiful 2-room house (terrace) newly built in 2020. The house has its own parking in front of the house. The house has a beautiful terrace of 10 m2 with a garden of 40 m2. There is a beautiful rattan garden seating on the terrace. Very good accessibility to the center of Bratislava (20 min) and fast connection to the highway within approx. 5 min. In the vicinity you will find several restaurants, shops, cafes, groceries, pharmacy, post office, etc.

Zažite noci v srdci vinohradov. - Maringotka Vinica vznikla s cieľom potešiť všetkých milovníkov prírody a vinohradníctva s možnosťou prežiť krásne chvíle priamo v srdci vinohradov. - Maringotka je kompletne off-grid. To znamená, že nie je napojaná na elektrické ani vodovodné siete. Elektrinu si vyrábame pomocou solárnych panelov a vodu dovážame do nádrže.
