It's been lovingly renovated, making it a cozy escape perfect for a family, with 4 bedrooms and one modern bathroom (plus an additional shower!). Ski in/ski-out from Graukogel, it's the ideal place to unwind after a day on the mountain, as you watch the sunset next to the fire from the terrace and relax in the sauna.

FeWo im Chiemgau mit Sauna

Neue sehr ruhige FeWo auf dem Land mit eigener Sauna. Nahe den Chiemsee und den Bergen kann man es sich hier gut gehen lassen. Eine geräumige Lounge ist im Garten zur Mitbenutzung vorhanden. Der Blick von der Lounge geht in die weite Prärie, dort können sie den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend in 2 km Entfernung. Ein Stellplatz ist mit dabei. Grillen ist auch möglich, sowie auch geführte Mountainbike touren in den Chiemgauer Bergen. (Hüttenabende buchbar)

Enjoy the sauna, games room, and garden. Geothermal heating keeps you cozy. Winter offers ice skating on the nearby lake, skiing 15 mins away. Summers bring watersports, golf, hiking, biking, and Europe's best flow trail. Pet-friendly on request!

Apartment Alpzbase

Enjoy a trendy centrally located accommodation in Kaprun. The studio sleeps up to 3 people & has access to a sauna and relaxation room with showers, a ski room with ski boot heating and free parking. Kaprun centre, as well as shops, supermarkets, restaurants & bars are 5-7 min walk away (approx. 450m). The bus stop to the ski lifts is 140m away. There are also 2 restaurants on site.

Ein Studioraum, eingebetet in ein modernes Wellnesshaus mit Sauna und Dampfbad stehen zur Verfügung. Das Wellnesshaus wird von einem idyllischen Garten umgeben, der von einem kleinen Bergbach eingegrenzt wird.
