Sitting on 5 1/2 acres, TRF has a large private outdoor space, firepits, 3 bedrooms sleeping 10 guests, and has everything a hotel stay could offer and more! And the best part? We are dog friendly! We do have a 2 dog minimum. TRF is located in Commercial Point, Ohio-just south of Grove City and 15 miles from downtown Columbus.

The carriage house to a grand Victorian Mansion has been updated from stalls and lofts to a full one bedroom (two full pillowtop beds) one bathroom with large living room and kitchen on second floor....first floor available with notice for small gatherings for additional...Someday, the whole mansion will be available for weddings and events!
