Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.

We are a 7 minute walk from Grand Ave. shops and restaurants or the Rose Garden, 10 minutes to Lake Merritt & Lakeshore Ave., and 15 minutes to Piedmont Ave. The home is spacious and light-filled, nearly 100 yrs old and recently decorated with a combination of new and vintage furnishings.
