Guest suite in Queen Creek

Cozy private guest suite in a quiet neighborhood. Private entrance with smart lock. King sized memory foam mattress in the bedroom and the couch can be turned into a full size bed. The room offers a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, and a TV equipped with Roku for all your streaming needs. Conveniently located next to many shops, local restaurants, and only a short drive away from Bell Bank Park and the Mesa airport. Level 2 EV charging (14-50 NEMA socket, 50 amp breaker) accessible to guests!

The Tiny House - AKA "Tree House"

The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances fully loaded. With Reverse osmosis system. Features hot tub, playground for kids , barbecue area for guest only. Secured private gated parking area. NOTE: Hot tub is turned off from June 1st through August 31st.

It's a perfect, quite base camp for your outdoor adventures with plenty of parking for all your toys. Fast Wi-Fi, 3 Roku TV's and ice cold AC.
